Home has been vacant for over 2 years. Front yard has weeds growing that if someone walks through it you will not be able to see them. Backyard has trash buidling up from people who have vandalized home. Windows are cracked. Inside of home is thrashed and vandalized. Have contacted BofA many times and they seem not to care.
This property is basically a junk yard and has been for quite some time. Empty pool, no grass, roof caving in, weeds (dead and alive), and tress that hang over into my yard. Time to be condemned Moreno Valley!! pic coming soon
Wells Fargo has ignored my requests to clean up a forclosed property. The trash the previous owner piled on the fence fence I spent money to build caused damaged the fence. Now, I have to pay big bucks out of my pocket to pay for the damage they caused due to their lack of care. I have hauled away some of the mess, but I can't do it all. There are rats living in this property. The squatters have rotted garbage spewed all around. The Sacramento Code enforcement, despite almost weekly calls from myself and other neighbors, do nothing. BTW, these calls/letters to Code Enforcement/Health Department are not belligerant/argumentative; we call to simply report conditions and ask for help.
This property was sold as a short sale for $125K. BofA insisted it was worth $150K so the deal didn't get done. One year later, they have it listed for $80K!
Partial fire (3rd floor, smoke damage to 2nd floor) in June 2010. Abandoned since and suffering progressive damage because of squatting/poor weatherproofing
This home was beautiful and owned by wonderful people who had to leave due to recession job loss. They tried to work with the bank and of course bank wouldn't work with them. The property has been empty for almost 2 yrs not for sale and is a mess. Multiply neighbors have called BOA and complained only to be given the run around and nothing happening. What these banks are doing is a disgrace and ruining others property values in the process...Thanks for nothing Bank of America. Pictures to be posted soon
Sheriff sold 4/25/09 to IndyMac Bank. Neighbors have now given up mowing the property. People have either been squating or visiting the house through open doors. IndyMac refuses to talk to neighbors and refers us to Elkhart County who says IndyMac owns property outright. County will mow and fine at least once, but won't keep mowing. Property not up for sale. Thanks for being such a horrible and unresponsive neighbor IndyMac. Shame on you.
Abandoned for over the year, this property is at the very entrance to the subdivision so it is the first thing people see when they enter. The vegetation had grown quite large and is now dead and brown.
Home has been vacant for over 2 years. Front grass is 2 feet tall and beginning to dry, which is a fire hazard. Large weeping willow tree in front yard is dead and split in half...with one half falling on neighbors yard this past winter. Branches from tree have been piled up in front yard, another fire hazard.
This home has been vacant for over a year. The yard is overgrown and trash is everwhere. Trash is also spread throughout the inside of the house and rodents have most likely taken over.
Home has been vacant and in disrepair for two years. Agent says home is stuck in the Short Sale "Process" and Bank of America/Countrywide is not responding in a timely manner
