Home has been vacant for 2 years and property has never been maintained. It's an eyesore to the community. The Agent says there is a contract for short sale, but the lender will not expedite it.

I think some nasty renters lived here until the owner got foreclosed on and they were kicked out.

What's worse? the weeds or the eviction notices all over the place.

The banks don't care about these properties so why should the community. The city obviously turns a blind eye to this problem and is so frightened to contact the banks and invoke fines upon them. We need a new council.
